Where books go to die

What happens when you're looking for a book that you know for a fact existed at some point in the last 24 years, and it's just not there? Where could it be? It's not on E-bay, not on Amazon, not anywhere. Is it dead? Can books die? Where do they go to die? Does anyone know how to find stuff that's unfindable? Help!

books aren't people.

btw.

they can't die.

this simple fact is probably discussed in many of the books available at your local library.

Um... the sarcasm? Not helping. They're these children's books that I loved when I was little and I still have a bunch of them but there was a whole series and I want them for Colton. They're called Bugg Books and they're about a little town of buggs and the shenanigans that they get into. They have one called Dune Bugg and it's about these evil Arabic buggs that are selling the other buggs these dune berries to go with the swamp water that they put in their cars. They tell the buggs that their fuel is useless without the berries and then they charge them ridiculous amounts of bugg money for the the berries. Then one of the bugs finds out that you don't really need the berries at all, and chaos ensues. Good lessons for little children. I think there's a blind hookah smoking caterpillar in one of them too. Anyway you can see that they are very important but I can't find them anywhere. They're dated 1983 so I'm sure they don't exist anymore but sad...

You could just have him watch T.V. instead. Reading is for dead people.

Dear SlumLord (JR VanLager),

We have jobs... and here, at work, we sit in front of computers, and get paid to check the blog, and our bosses think, "man they don't really do anything when they're at work"... and then they go and blog about it.

and then, we all get fired.

and we check the blog more.

then, we get together on the weekend... and we talk about everything we blogged about.... talk further, and fuel the next week of blogging with whiskey induced rage -- Then Cole throws a chair off The Manor's new balcony porch thing.

You on the other hand, you spend your days waiting for the next acid flashback as you smoke cloves and roll about the musty carpet of vacant apartments. You maniacally laugh as you evict immigrants of war and rummage through the abandoned belongings that the families and individuals had nowhere to bring. You have a job, and you bath in the dark glory of reigning hell fire over the beaten down trodden and impoverished... because you're alone and have nothing better to do. If only you could divert your attention, distract yourself from these evil compulsions... if only, you could sit in front of a computer all day.
