The People's Eating Compound Revolutionary Document

I. Possession
1. All people should eat a unified meal in the eating compound.
2. Purchase or ownership of food is a crime against the people.
3. Possession of food outside the eating compound is a crime against the people.
4. Cooking food with no license, or for people numbering less than one hundred, is forbidden.
5. Private possession of chopsticks, spoons, knifes, forks or other utensils is forbidden by the people.
6. Chopsticks, spoons, knifes, forks and other utensils are allowed for use in the eating compound only during eating times. Theft of an utensil is a theft from the people, a serious crime.
7. Use of non-utensil objects like bread or a potato chip, to pick up your food, it is forbidden by the people.
8. The eating compound will number one compound to every two hundred people. It will have its central location, to be reached quickly from all the people's homes.
9. Eating will occur two times daily, in ten minute bursts. Eating for a longer period than ten minutes is forbidden.

Demolished private kitchens will fuel our roasting pots, criminals will labour in our fields.

II. Enjoyment
Food is brought out in its own light when it is tasted by passive calmness regarding flavors and texture. Via the mass production technique, calmness is kept consistent across and between compounds.

1. Only vegetable and meat from the nearby countryside is allowed for eating. Sending for food from elsewhere in the countryside or from further outside, is forbidden and an act against the people.
2. Those who would enjoy eating, even in the eating compound, are in opposition to the people.
3. Those who would enjoy cooking, even in the compound kitchens, even for a number of more than one hundred, are in opposition to the people.
4. If it should occur that a food is not calming or is over-textured, that food will be destroyed by the labourers.
5. Ethical or moral thought on the production of the meat or vegetable is an outrageous deviation from the people and will be subject to severest penality.
6. Those who would recognize the ingredients in a food, through taste or smell, are in error.
7. Those suspected of enjoying food, even inside the compound, are acting in opposition to the people.
8. It is the will of the people that food be represented as an ingestible material, taken twice daily, in ten minute bursts.

III. The people stand against—
Those plundering decadents, who seek vapid novelty in the exotic, various and obscure!!
The ethics of meaningless ingestion!!
— and further, against those who would police our bodily drives!!
Those fantasies of global meat and vegetable, unspoiled and untainted!!
The greedy who reject our vegetable and meat, they called it rotten!!
And the corrupt whose teeth are set and who gag on the food, who insist on tasting!!

THE PEOPLE STAND AGAINST FOOD AND TASTE!!
THE REAL AND UNROOTABLE CRIME IS FIRST TO CONSIDER FOOD, TO HAVE A NOTION OF FOOD. TOWARD THE SYMPTOMS OF THIS DECADENCE WE ARE STILL NOT RADICAL ENOUGH!!
